PURPOSE: A B-phosphor for a dry electrophotographical screen of a CRT coated with silica and titanate system coupling, a method for preparing it, a method for manufacturing a screen using the phosphor, and a CRT manufactured by the method are provided to enhance the movability and chargeability of phosphor powder. CONSTITUTION: First, polymer of at most 5 wt % is solved in organic solvent. Then, B-phosphor powder is gradually added to the organic solvent having polymer distributed. Next, the resultant is filtered. Then, the resultant filtered in the filtering step is dried. Next, B-phosphor coated with polymer is prepared by filtering the resultant dried in the dry step. In addition, the B-phosphor powder is again coated with silica. Further, the B-phosphor powder coated with silica is again titanate system coupling.
