PURPOSE: A spin flash dryer is provided to dry uniformly and rapidly an article to be dried by performing continuously a rapid drying process and a milling process of the article. CONSTITUTION: A spin flash dryer comprises a cover, a heating basket, a turret screw, a turret arm(4), a shaft(5), a frame(6), a plurality of knife, hopper(28) and a transferring screw(22). The heating basket is fixed at an upper portion of the frame(6), and the cover is fixed at an upper end portion of the cover. The turret screw is connected rotatably at an inside of the heating basket by the shaft(5). The turret screw is a cylindrical member including the shaft(5), the turret arm(4) and the screw. A heating box(8) for supplying a hot air to the inside of the heating basket(2) is connected at one side of the heating basket. The heating box(8) comprises an insulating heater arranged at inside thereof, an upper and a lower heater holder, a cover, a communicating pipe and a blower for circulating the hot air. The knife is connected at the lower end portion of the turret screw. The hopper(28) for injecting an article to be dried is connected at one side of the heating basket. The transferring screw(22) for transferring the article to the inside of the heating basket is connected at the lower portion of the hopper.
