<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit that is not malfunctioned even when a read strobe signal is shorter than one period of a clock. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit using a logic circuit 10 operated by an internal clock signal CK and reading data of the logic circuit to a read buffer 20 with a read signal RDST asynchronously with the clock signal CK, consists of a selector 1 that selects whether a signal 2A is inversely outputted or outputted as it is on the basis of a status of a read strobe signal RDST to give an instruction of reading the data of the logic circuit to the read buffer, a 1st flip-flop 2 that latches a selected signal in a timing of the internal clock signal to lead a latch signal 2A to the selector, a 2nd flip-flop 3 that shifts an output signal 2A of the 1st flip-flop in the timing of the clock signal CK, and an exclusive OR circuit 4 that exclusively ORs the output signal 2A and an output signal 3A of the flip-flop 3, and an output of the exclusive OR circuit 4 is used for a read clock signal RCK of the read buffer 20.</p> |
