PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily read information by a user of a destination designated from a server storing information whose destination is specified. SOLUTION: Information with a prescribed destination such as an electronic mail is stored to a server group 34 of a provider among information of which destination is specified and that is transferred via the internet 40. When a caller telephone number via an analog public communication line is supplied to a user, the supplied caller telephone number is compared with a preset provider's telephone number. When discriminated that the two telephone numbers are matched, the user is dialup-connected to the provider via the analog public communication line 20. After the connection, the user downloads an electronic mail addressed thereto from the server group 34.
