PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable operation in plural frequency bands and to reduce insertion losses by equipping an intrinsic value adjusting circuit for mutually inverting a concentrated constant type circulator transmission direction with two necessary frequencies. SOLUTION: A same phase exciting intrinsic value adjusting circuit 42 is provided at a lower part of a circulator element 40 and an inner substrate 41. The intrinsic value adjusting circuit 42 is equipped with electrodes 42b and 42c, facing each other with a dielectric substrate 42a inbetween, an electrode 42c and a grounding electrode 42e facing each other with a dielectric substrate 42d inbetween, and a diode switch 42f. A capacity(C1) is formed by the dielectric substrate 42a and the electrodes 42b and 42c, and a capacity(C2) is formed by the dielectric substrate 42d the electrodes 42c and 42e. The device is constituted so that the capacities C1 and C2 are connected serially, the diode switch 42f is connected between the electrode 42c of the capacity C2 and the grounding electrode 42e, so that are short-circuited.
