INTERLINKED WATCHSTRAP

Individual links 10 of a watchstrap bracelet are threaded onto conductive wires 14 by way of their apertures 11, with an insulating layer 15 separating adjacent links. The array of links is tightened by way of threads and nuts 16,17 and immersed in a precious metal electroplating bath whereby only the outer exposed surfaces of the links are plated. The insulators may be flexible to accommodate links with non-planar surfaces.
