The radial turbine structure, for the compression or expansion of gases as a gas turbine and the like, has its gas flow in the compressor function moving from the center outwards through the turbine paddles. The gas flow is from the outside towards the center, if the gas is to be relaxed. The channel (3) shrouding at the inflow and outflow takes over the function of a guide grid, at a gap from the paddles which is equal to 1.5-2.0 times the paddle interval. The channels (3) take the same paddle vol. from the inflow to the outflow once or more times in closed channel loops (R). The paddle shrouding block (5) has take-off channels (6) at intervals of 0.5-1.0 times the paddle width from the start, in the direction of rotation. One or more recessed zones, with a round or oval shape, are at the paddle edge zones across the line of paddle movement at a max. angle of 45 deg . They give a fixed rotation center point with gas guides from the side zone, as peaks with and without a channel or round/elliptical guide rods.
