An elastic wheel, comprising a disk (1) having a base rim (2) and a rim (3) supporting a tire (10), wherein a rubber elastic body (4) is provided annularly between the outer peripheral surface of the base rim (2) and the inner peripheral surface of the rim (3) and a clearance is formed between th e rubber elastic body (4) and the outer peripheral surface of the base rim (2) or the inner peripheral surface of the rim (3) and, because the rubber elast ic body (4) is changed in spring constant from low to high as an input is increased by the action of the rubber elastic body (4) having a clearance, vibration can be absorbed when the input is small and a deformation can be suppressed from being increased remarkably when the input is large, whereby the riding comfortableness performance, vibrationproof performance, and soundproof performance can be increased without impairing durability and safety in the areas ranging from a small input to a large input, the presenc e of the clearance being extremely effective to the soundproof performance in a high frequency area of 100 Hz or higher.
