PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing boiled rice, thereby mass-producing the boiled rice which has high nutrients and improved taste. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing boiled rice comprises the steps of: adding 1 to 3 kg of ox-stomach and 3 to 8 kg of the shank of beef into 15 to 20 liter of water and heating the mixture to 80 to 100 deg.C for 2 to 5 hours to produce an extract solution as water for boiled rice; adding 100 to 300 g of ginger into 3 to 5 liter of water and heating the mixture to 80 to 100 deg.C for 1 to 2 hours to produce an ginger extract; and mixing 10 to 12 liter of the extract solution as water for boiled rice with 1 to 5% of the ginger extract and 10 kg of rice, and cooking the rice mixture. |
