PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cultured product containing bacteria belonging to the genus Bifidobacterium and improved in their survivability. SOLUTION: This cultured product is obtained by culturing bacteria belonging to the genus Bifidobacterium, wherein the culture is conducted in the presence of Geotrichum candidum, or a suspension of Geotrichum candidum is added to the cultured product obtained above to improve the survivability of the bacteria belonging to the genus Bifidobacterium.
