PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an intraoral camera from being moved even when a switch is operated during picking-up an image by arranging a close side switch for changing-over an observation image photographed by means of the camera into a still image or an animation or the like and for projecting it on a TV monitor or the like in the middle part of a cable which is connected to the camera. SOLUTION: The close side switch 3 is arranged at a position close to the intraoral camera 1 in the middle part of the cable 4a by which the camera 1 is connected to a control part (main body box) 5. A pressurizing force when the switch is operated is absorbed by the flexibility of the cable 4a even when it works on the close side switch 3 and, then, the force is not transmitted to the camera 1. A switch line for transmitting a changeover signal into the still image or the animation or the like by the operation of the switch 3 and a camera control line for transmitting the observation image are incorporated in the cable 4a and connected to the main body box 5. Then the image changed- over by the switch 3 is converted into an electric signal, the image is stored and, at the same time, it is projected on the TV monitor 6.
