PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having a plate mounted on a rice cooking pot for scraping boiled rice off a rice scoop. SOLUTION: A plate having a surface/back scraping portion 1, side scraping portions 2 and a fixed portion 3 is disposed at the opening of a rice cooking pot. Therefore, a rice scoop to which boiled rice is attached is rubbed against the surface/back scraping portion 1 and the side scraping portions 2 while mating its surface and side therewith to scrape the attached boiled rice off. Then, it is rubbed against the surface/back scraping portion 1 and the side scraping portions 2 while mating the other side therewith to scrape the attached boiled rice off.
