PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sterilize various objects to be treated and execute the emulsifying and/or dispersing process in parallel with sterilization by breaking cell membranes of germs in the object to be treated by forcedly feeding the object to be treated with high pressure into at least one internal path formed in a chamber. SOLUTION: When the sterilization is executed by a sterilizer, a pre-mixed liquid product as an example of an object to be treated in a liquid state is sent from a hopper 1 into a chamber 3 through a pump 2. Relating to the liquid product, it can be treated at a room temperature, and it can be optionally treated under high pressure or heated by a temperature free from boiling (approximately 70-80 deg.C). The liquid objects having passed through branched parts are collided with each other inside of the chamber 3 to be sterilized. The shearing force and the impact force are added to the object to be treated having passed through the chamber 3 while lowering the pressure, whereby the cell membranes of various germs included in the liquid, for example, coli bacteria, bacillus subtilis, mold and the like are broken and decayed, and discharged from a discharge port. |
