<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively execute the peritoneal dialysis by an automatic peritoneal dialyser, reduce an amount of waste, and expect the energy saving by arranging two chambers in layer, and storing the dialysing fluid in a first chamber and storing the waste fluid in a second chamber. SOLUTION: A circuit for automatic peritoneal dialysis is filled with the dialysate, the priming is executed in the circuit, and the priming fluid after washing is recovered in a second chamber 4B of a bag 1 for peritoneal dialysis. The medical treatment is executed through three or four cycles, for example, in order of discharging of fluid, pouring of fluid, and storing. First of all, the waste liquid is recovered in the second chamber 4B of the bag 1 for peritoneal dialysis, and then the dialysate heated by a heating bag is poured into patient's abdominal cavity. During a time when the poured dialysing fluid is stored in the patient's abdominal cavity for a predetermined time, the dialysis fluid to be poured next is heated.
