PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partially unbonding prestreassing steel stranded wire for preventing a greasy lubricant from entering a space around a central conductor in a strand and eliminating lack of fixing in the partially unbonding prestressing steel stranded wire. SOLUTION: In this partially unbonding prestressing steel stranded wire, fat and oil rust preventives 2 are applied to a surface of a PC steel stranded wire 1, a surface of the rust preventives 2 is covered/wrapped with and wound by a tape layer 3 by applying a pressure sensitive adhesive to an inside surface, a grease-like lubricant 4 is filled in a surface of the tape layer 3, and a covering layer 5 of a thermoplastic synthetic resin is arranged on a surface of the lubricant 4.
