PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a wide luggage space by a simple operation of folding a rear seat. SOLUTION: This rear seat is so constructed that a head rest 28 is turned forward to be stored in a seat back 26, the seat back 26 is folded toward a seat cushion 24, and then the seat cushion 24 is folded with a hinge 6 as a center thereby causing the seat cushion 24 and the seat back 26 to be stored in a foot space 56. Accordingly, a bottom surface 24A of the seat cushion 24 becomes flush with a luggage floor 48, thereby allowing a wide luggage space.
