PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply lining inside an existing pipe for preventing easy breakage and generation of pin holes. SOLUTION: This pipe inside lining technique comprises moving a lining pig B inserted in an existing pipe A along the existing pipe, applying unhardened resin material 1 filled in front of the lining pig in the moving direction inside the existing pipe and applying lining inside the existing pipe with a lining layer 2 in which the applied resin material is hardened, wherein a pressure reducing process is provided for reducing pressure in the existing pipe below the atmospheric pressure in a state of the resin material applied inside the existing pipe unhardened.
