PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body with a layer comprising a silicon compd. wherein reactivities of the silicon compd., the silicon compd. with an epoxy compd. and the epoxy compd. each other are improved and which exhibits excellent productivity, processability and scratch resistance and simultaneously satisfies flexibility, transparency, weatherability and water resistance and a method for preparing the laminated body. SOLUTION: A resin layer wherein silicon compd. and epoxy compd. comprising at least a silicon compd. contg. an epoxy group and a silanol group in a molecule, an epoxy compd., a metal complex and a cation polymn. initiator are main ingredients is laminated on at least one face of a polymer film.
