<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effectively usable recovered drink steel cans and to obtain a method for processing the steel cans which can be processed in a desired shape. SOLUTION: In the reducing/cooling material product, the oxidation peeling treatment and abrasion/granulation of the coating and coat material of used drink steel cans are carried out, and the bulk density of the steel can is increased to facilitate handling. In this process, the aluminum part of a can lid part composition is integrally molded with an Fe part which is the body of the steel can, or a granulated mixture is made to intend the further efficient recycling of the steel can.
