<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device capable of being made to serve high retaining force when the opposite member is inserted in a storage element or directly after it is inserted therein and being made to obtain high reliability. SOLUTION: A lock device 14 is equipped with a bearing plate 34 having a storage mechanism 48 for the opposite member for fixing the body, the opposite member can be locked to the storage mechanism 48 through a lock hook 36 capable of being oscillated to the bearing plate 34, and a roof part of a vehicle slidable to the storage mechanism 48 is fixed to the opposite member in a detachable manner. The lock hook 36 is nearly slidable in the sliding direction of the opposite member toward the rear side interlocking position from the front side interlocking position, and it is capable of being oscillated to a releasing position from a locking position nearly vertically in the sliding direction.</p> |
