PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part transport apparatus which is mounted on a part mounting system and does not cause position shifting of electronic parts on a tapelike support in a part mounting system for placing an electronic part on the tape-like support to be transported and conducting mounting pre- treatment for the electronic part. SOLUTION: A collateral part 1143 is provided on a sucking groove 1141 provided in a support member 114, whereby even when a suction hole 1111 of a tapelike support 111 is positioned in a partition wall 1142 portion of the sucking groove 1141, the suction hole can be sucked from both adjacent sucking grooves so as to increase sucking force more than before. Electronic parts on the tape-like support are prevented from being shifted by vibration due to transport of the tape-like support. |
