PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of detection of caught material and durability of a pressure- sensitive sensor, and make it easier to mount and detach the pressure-sensitive sensor by forming the pressure detecting portion of an elastic material so that the outer pressure can be transmitted to the pressure-sensitive sensor and the pressure-sensitive sensor can be inserted and removed from outside in the radial direction at fixing portions in moving farther or nearer from where they are at both ends. SOLUTION: A sensor-mounting device 1A has a storage detection portion 3 which, having a substantially C-shaped section, houses a pressure-sensitive sensor 2 and can be elastically deformed. The sensor-mounting device 1A also has fixing portions 4A, 4B integrally formed with the storage detection portion 3 at both ends thereof. The storage detection portion 3 is formed of foam rubber and the fixing portions 4A, 4B at both ends are formed with rubber harder than one for the storage detection portion 3. By moving the fixing portions 4A, 4B nearer or farther from where they are, the storage detection portion 3 is opened or closed. When it is opened, the pressure-sensitive sensor 2 is enabled to be inserted and removed from outside in the radial direction. When closed, the storage detection portion 3 closely contacts with an outer face of the pressure-sensitive sensor 2, so that the storage detection portion 3 can transmit external power applied thereon to the pressure-sensitive sensor 2. With this configuration, reliability and durability in detecting a caught material can be improved and mounting and dismounting the pressure-sensitive sensor can be easily performed. |
