PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the thermal insulation property by putting a plurality of rafters in parallel in the direction of roof gradient on a beam member of a roof part, putting a sheathing roof board on the rafters, and spraying a thermal insulation material on an inner side face of a beam member on a rear surface of a bed member. SOLUTION: A plurality of rafters 3 are put in parallel in the direction of roof gradient on a beam member 2 of a roof part 1 such as an eaves beam, a main house, and a ridge beam, and a sheathing roof board 6 are arranged in parallel on the rafters 3 by driving nails. A bed member 4 made of plywood is fixed and arranged between bottom faces of a plurality of refuters 3 by driving nails to form a ventilation passage N capable of communicating a space M between the rafters 3 with the outside. Next, a thermal insulation material 5 made of hard urethane foam is sprayed over an inner side face of the beam member 2 on a rear surface of the bed member 4, and an asphalt roof member 8 is arranged on the sheathing roof board 6 to spread a roof member 7. Consequently, it is possible to improve the airtightness and the thermal insulation property of an attic.
