PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition halving a high crosslinking rate and productivity, capable of continuous crosslinking in a hot-air valcanization tank or the like, and useful for automotive industrial parts and the like by specifying the properties of the crosslinked rubber sheet obtained therefrom. SOLUTION: This composition crosslinkable by hot air, preferably comprises an ethylene/α-olefin/nonconjugated polyene random copolymer rubber and a SiH group-contg. compound having at least two SiH groups in one molecule; wherein the nonconjugated polyene has constituent unit derived from a terminal vinyl group-contg. norbornene compound of the formula (n is 0-10; R1 is H or a 1-10C alkyl; R2 is H or a 1-5C alkyl) or the like. Furthermore, this composition is such that a crosslinked rubber sheet obtained by molding this composition into a sheet-like form followed by hot-air crosslinking of the sheet-like form has the following properties: the surface cannot be scratched at all when subjected to a pencil hardness test using a pencil with a hardness rank of HB, compression set is <=70% after heat-treated at 150 deg.C for 22 h, specific gravity is 0.1-0.8, and water absorption is <=50 wt.%.
