摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new moisture absorbing and releasing material being repeatedly usable and with steam durability and excellent autonomic moisture absorbing and releasing function by constituting a compsn. for a porous material synthesized by using a surfactant or an org. substance with a long chain alkyl group as a casting mold of a mixed compsn. of a silicon compd. and a titanium compd. SOLUTION: A moisture absorbing and releasing material comprizing a compsn. of a porous material with convergent hysteresis and an autonomic moisture absorbing and releasing function is provided. i.e., the moisture absorbing and releasing material comprising a porous material consisting of a main compsn. of a porous material synthesized so as to surround the casting mold by periodically arranging a substance wherein a surfactant whose chain length is const. or an org. substance with a long chain alkyl group as a casting mold comprises a mixed compsn. of a silicon compd. and a titanium compd. and whose mean value of the fine pore diameter is controlled to 2-6 nm, is provided. The porous material like this is obtd. by a method wherein after the periphery of the org. substance is surrounded with the silicon compd. and titanium compd. and is polymerized, incineration or extraction is performed to remove org. substance.
