PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a positional deflection from a seat belt and to provide a necessary slide for the body surface side of a user by forming a group of projections in a part touching a seat belt in a shock absorber body and arranging a rib in the part touching the body surface in the shock absorber body. SOLUTION: On the inside face side of shock absorbing members 3, 4, group of projections swelling parts 6, 7 each formed of a cluster of multiple projections are formed, and the group of projections swelling part 6 on the shock absorbing member 3 side is formed in the area wider than the group of projections part 7 on the shock absorbing member 4 side. For preventing the seat belt edge part from lifting by the group of projections part 6 formed wider than the group of projections part 7, the edge part is pushed into a groove part. A comparatively flat two lines of ribs 27 are formed on the outside face of the shock absorbing member 4, and this face serves as a contact face with the body surface, so that a necessary slide can be provided.
