PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement spacer capable of simultaneously stably supporting an upper reinforcement and a lower reinforcement for reinforcing a concrete structure in a vertically horizontally orthogonal state. SOLUTION: In integrally embedding studs 17, 17 of a reinforcement support stand A bent in a wholly almost inverted U shape from a single metallic wire rod in a state of being implanted in concrete grounding blocks B1, B2 molded in an almost inverted semicircular shape having the specific length extending in the longitudinal direction almost orthogonal to an upper reinforcement support stop bar 18 of the stand A, separating both end parts of the stand A are continuously bent up forward or backward by a specific angle so that the separating both end parts of the stand A are exposed by a specific height more than reinforcement receiving surfaces 13, 13 for a lower reinforcement of the grounding blocks B1, B2 as reinforcement receiving claws 21, 21 for the lower reinforcement.
