摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To very accurately adjust a prime mover in building structure which is covered on the outside with sheet-like material such as plastic cover foil or the like and to make it possible to always adjust the foil expanded or contracted with warm or cold climate to the optimum tension to develop. SOLUTION: A building structure is constituted of posts 1 and beams 2 and 3 of profile material which is covered on the outside with sheet-like material such as plastic foils 10 and 11, etc. Then, at least the roof part of the foils 10 and 11 is fixed to the longitudinal beam 2 of a framework with a longitudinal edge, a second longitudinal beam 15 is fixed to a parallel longitudinal edge 12 on the opposite sides of the foils 10 and 11 so that the second beam itself winds outward of the foils 10 and 11 and, at the same time, it is driven on the axis of the second beam itself in a rotatable manner. Since a drive mechanism is formed by a reversible prime mover having a resistance-sensitive sensor element for disconnecting the prime mover by controlling the power supply of the prime mover, the tension of the foils 10 and 11 is always adjusted optimally.
