<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of used reinforcing fiber, and to impart good extrusion properties, excellent surface smoothness and shape-keeping properties of a hollow part by including each specific % of a long fiber having a fiber length larger than a specified length, and a short fiber having a fiber length shorter than a specific length in a composition comprising a cement, a silica- based powder and the reinforcing fiber. SOLUTION: This cement-based composition for extrusion contains 100 wt.% reinforcing fiber comprising 3-20 wt.% long fiber having >=1,180μm fiber length and 60-80 wt.% short fiber having <=250μm fiber length. The composition has 1-10 pts.wt. content of the reinforcing fiber based on 100 pts.wt. total amount of cement and silica-based powder, and further contains a thickening agent. The silica-based powder comprises a silica-based powder having 10-20μm average particle diameter and a silica-based powder having 1-5μm average particle diameter regulated so that the mixed ratio (by weight) may be (1:2)-(2:1). At least one of the long fiber and the short fiber in the reinforcing fiber is preferably asbestos.</p> |
