MOLDED AND SIMULTANEOULY DECORATED ARTICLE HAVING SENSE OF MAT, ITS MANUFACTURE AND DECORATED FILM HAVING SENSE OF MAT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a good sense of mat (sense of matting) at a molded simultaneously decorated article by integrally mounting a decorated film containing a specific amount of a mat material and having at least a design layer on a rear surface of a base film exhibiting specific values of a whole light transmittance and a haze value at a resin molding. SOLUTION: A decorated film is formed by forming a design layer 2 and an adhesive layer 3 on a base film 1. The film 1 contains a mat material 4 of 3 to 20% to the gross weight. As the film 1, a film having 60 to 98% of a whole light transmittance and 65 to 95% of a haze value is used. The decorated film is formed by providing the layer 2 on a rear surface of the film 1 through the layer 3. This decorated film is integrally adhered to a resin molding 13 to obtain. the molding and simultaneously decorated article having a high haze value and a sense of mat irrespective of a high whole light transmittance. As the material 4, fine particles of a silica, an aluminum hydroxide or the like having a particle size of about 0.05 to 150μm are used.
