PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a clutch disengagement valve and a hydraulic piping to feed and cut off pressure oil to and from a clutch, to reduce a cost, to miniaturize a torque limiter, and to mount the torque limiter on a rotary shaft, by integrally situating a multidisc clutch mechanism and a hydraulic pump mechanism. SOLUTION: A piston chamber 4 is formed in a casing consisting of first and second casings 10a and 10b, integrally coupled to a first rotary shaft 2, and a press piston 13 is slidably fitted in the piston chamber 4. The press piston 13 is pressed by pressure oil fed to the piston chamber 4, a multidisc type clutch consisting of outer plates 11 and inner plates 12 is brought into a connection state and rotation of the casing is transmitted to a second rotary shaft 8. In this case, a plunger pump 9 driven through relative rotation is situated in the second casing 10b, and a check valve 7 and a relief valve 15 are located in a discharge oil passage to perform intercommunication between the discharge port of the pump 9 and the piston chamber 4.
