In mounting a pad, the pad is mounted by engaging the engaging part 15 of the side pin with the slip-out preventing plate 13 and projecting the tip from the backside of the side face of the main body of the upper die. A the time of changing the pad or the like, the engaging part of the side pin is disengaged from the slip-out preventing plate, the flange part is abutted on the inside surface of the slip-out preventing plate by the tension of the spring and locked in the state where the tip is not projected from the backside.
