PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a utensil for health having multi-functions, which is excellent in maneuverabitity and safety, and the cost of which is low, in the utensil wherein muscles, or the like, are trained by gripping both end sections of a long sized body which is stretchable, and stretching the long-sized body. SOLUTION: To a straight-form grip 3 made of an elastic body, the end section of a utensil body 2 made of a rubber tube is passed, and as a fixing means, a clamping member 8 is inserted between a fixing member 7 and a cap 9. On the fixing member 7 which is fixed to a decorative section 4 and the cap 9 which is fixed to the grip 3, a screw 7a and a screw 9a are respectively provided. Then, when being clamped and fixed, on the slit 8a side of the clamping member 8, the utensil body 2 is clamped and automatically fixed. When the attaching location of the grip 3 is changed, by stretching the utensil body 2 by gripping the protruding section 2a of the utensil body 2, the utensil body 2 becomes thinner. Therefore, the grip 3 easily moves, and when the gripped protruding section 2a is released, the utensil body 2 is restored, and the utensil body 2 is fixed to the grip 3. Thus, the stretching-reciprocating motion of the utensil body 2 which is the purpose of the exercise can be easily performed.
