PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the homogeneity and the stability of a gas liquid mixture steam jetted from a nozzle by evading the increase of the flow resistance in an introducing part of a compressed gas into a jetting device of the gas liquid mixture stream and more smoothly obtaining the homogeneous stream of the compressed gas. SOLUTION: In this device, a compressed gas flow passage 2 connected to a compressed gas supply device is nearly linearly formed, a liquid storage chamber 19 connected to a pressurized liquid supply device is arranged in the compressed gas flow passage 2, an accelerating part is formed by gradually decreasing the cross section of the compressed gas flow passage 2, a jetting opening of a liquid jetting nozzle 18 communicated with the liquid storage chamber 19 is arranged in the accelerating part and a gas jetting opening is formed outside to surround the jetting opening of the liquid jetting nozzle 18.
