PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide a body temperature from indicated degree which are measured at the various sites of a human body by additionally attaching a probe head on a probe tip including a radiation entrance opening by which an infrared radiation is progressed from a measurement site to an infrared-ray sensor. SOLUTION: A thermometer 1 is constituted to execute measurement inside an ear and is provided with the probe tip 2 where the probe head 5 molded to be proper for measuring the degree at the forehead of a person is attached. A protection cover 6 for measurement inside the ear or the probe head 5 for measurement on the forehead is attached to the probe tip 2 of an infrared-ray thermometer 1. Or the protection cover 6 is attached first and, then, the probe head 5 is disposed on the cover. The probe head 5 is provided with the opening by which the infrared radiation is progressed from the measurement side to the radiation entrance opening of the thermometer and the opening is closed by a window 9 where the infrared radiation is transmitted.
