PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spare tire cover for vehicle to protect a bumper from dirty water such as rain flowing down from a spare tire in a vehicle with the spare tire mounted above the bumper. SOLUTION: The spare tire cover for vehicle which is arranged between a spare tire 4 and a carrier 22 covering a lower part of the spare tire 4, and substantially fan-shaped in plan view in a vehicle provided with the spare tire backward of the vehicle, comprises a fitting boss 12 engaged with a wheel hole 15 of a wheel 13 of the spare tire 4, a bottom part 33 of substantially U-shaped section, and a drain hole 41 cut backward of a rear end of a bumper 54 arranged on a lowest part of the bottom part 33 and on a lower part of a vehicle body, the fitting boss 12 is engaged with the wheel hole 15 to mount the spare tire cover 1 on the spare tire 4.
