摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in a brake cylinder hydraulic pressure by reducing supply of electric energy to a solenoid supply control valve for controlling the solenoid supply control valve in the hydraulic fluid supply reducing direction when a vehicle carrying a brake device is in a stopping state. SOLUTION: A holding valve 100 is arranged in the middle of a branch passage 68 and magnetically excited into a closed condition so as to prevent flow of hydraulic fluid directed from a brake cylinder 56 to a master cylinder 14, so that a cylinder hydraulic pressure is maintained. In the branch passage 68, a reservoir passage 106 is extended from the part between the holding valve 100 and the brake cylinder 56 so as to reach a reservoir 108. In the middle of the reservoir passage 106, the pressure reducing valve 110 of a normally- closed solenoid selector valve is arranged. When the pressure reducing valve 110 is magnetically excited to be opened, hydraulic fluid directed from the brake cylinder 56 to the reservoir 108 flows and a brake cylinder hydraulic pressure is reduced.
