PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase bearing force and reduce weight by providing an aluminum flat plate and an aluminum corrugated plate, and curving the whole body with an axis extending in the fore-aft direction as a center of curvature as well as an radius of curvature fallen within a predetermined range, so as to protrude the central portion in the traverse direction upward. SOLUTION: A shading panel 1 for a sunshade disposed on a passenger compartment side in a sunroof for a vehicle is composed of an aluminum flat plate 2 and an aluminum corrugated plate 3 with lower face of a corrugation bottom 3a being glued to the upper face of the flat plate 2 with an adhesive 4. The corrugation bottom 3a and corrugation top 3b of the corrugated plate 3 extend in the transverse direction. The shading panel 1 has a center of curvature of an axis extending in the fore-aft direction and a radius of curvature of 3000-15000 mm, and is formed in a curve such that the center in the transverse direction protrudes upward.
