PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the fixing strength by integrating a rubber or synthetic resin seal part in molding a metal molding. SOLUTION: In a molding method of a head cover (a metal molding) in which a part of a bolt (a dissimilar metal body) is inserted in a molding body part (a metal molded part), a non-vulcanized rubber seal member 9' is temporarily fixed to a part forming a boundary surface to the bolt in the molding body part, the seal member 9' is vulcanized by the molding heat during the injection molding of a molten metal to integrate the rubber seal part with the boundary surface between the molding body part and the bolt.
