PURPOSE: A method for combining output of high frequency power amplifier is provided to obtain KW level output by combining respective outputs produced from a plurality of power amplifiers into KW level output using a power combiner. CONSTITUTION: An output of a high frequency output amplifier is divided into many outputs. Divided output is power amplified with a semiconductor and then is combined to obtain high output. An output of a driver amplifier unit(DA UNIT) is divided into 24 parts by a divider and the 24 parts are power amplified by 24 power amplifiers. The amplified 24 high frequency powers are combined into 8 outputs with 3-1 power combiner(COMB 3-1). The combined 8 outputs are combined into 2 outputs with 4-1 power combiner(COMB 4-1). The combined 4 outputs are combined into one output with 2-1 power combiner(COMB 2-1) to achieve KW level high frequency output.
