The device includes upper board (11), lower mounting board (12) and displaying members (21), each with upper major wall interposed between respective shielded area (133) and tailing swept area. Upper board includes upper rows and columns of displaying areas which define respective displaying openings (131), and columns of shielded areas which define second displaying openings. The lower mounting board is spaced and superimposed upon the upper board transverse direction, and defines lower rows of leading and trailing swept areas disposed angularly.
