The lock has a casing (1) of stable material, has a holder left and right on its bottom part with rollers or wheels. A bearing-mounted axle (2) of the appropriate size is fitted in the casing by means of fixed or removable plates (3). A rod (4) is connected to the axle and to a compression spring (5), a foot pedal (6) with a holding lock and a foot pedal pivot (15) in a bracket (8).
