A label for in-mold decorating comprising a thermoplastic resin film substrate layer (I) and, provided on one surface thereof, a heat-sealable resin layer (II) containing, as a main component, an ethylene alpha -olefin copolymer which has been polymerized by using a metallocene catalyst and has a density of 0.870 to 0.920 g/cm<3>. The above labels for in-mold decorating are characterized in that they are reduced in blocking between themselves, exhibit good adhesion when used in stretch blow molding, and are suppressed in the occurrence of blister.
