Set of transgenic trees consists of production of a pine glutamine synthetase gene in the cellular cytoplasm, of increased chlorophyll content

A set of transgenic trees comprises construction of a chimerical gene for transfer to the genome of Populis tremula x P. alba, for production of a pine glutamine synthetase gene in the cellular cytoplasm. The resulting products have increased protein and chlorophyll in the leaves and enhanced vegetable growth.
