A laundry tub is supported by a frame 19. The tub includes a drain pipe 14 fro draining the tub, and a second drain pipe 16 for accepting water from a washing machine outlet. This pipe 16 can be attached to one of at least two mountings 24a, 24b provided on the tub support. This allows a washing machine to placed on either the left or right of the tub, as the second drain pipe can easily be switched from one fitting 24a to the other 24b. |
