The invention discloses a pre-filled orthopaedic cement container in which t he cement (4) can also be mixed. The container comprises an outer housing (3) defining the mixing chamber (1) and an inner housing (2) containing the ceme nt (4) prior to mixing. The inner housing (2) is removable, prior to mixing, in such a way that the cement powder (4) remains in the mixing chamber (1), for mixing.
