A hot stamp device transcribing a hologram foil to a value-added medium such as a ticket, comprising a mechanism (3) for feeding and delivering printed value-added media, a feeding and winding motor (5) for feeding and winding up a hot stamp foil tape, and a stamp part (8) having a heater and an arm and transcribing a hot stamp foil from the hot stamp foil tape to the value-added media by applying a pressure to the hot stamp foil tape and value-added media, the stamp part (8) further comprising a cam for rotating the arm according to the shape of the profile thereof and a stamp motor for driving the cam, whereby the hot stamp device can be reduced in size.
