PURPOSE: A supplement device for restoring upper limbs by using orthopedic application is provided to have a simple but rigid and stable performance of fixing the device by adapting specified structural elements and arrangement thereof. CONSTITUTION: The supplement device comprises a supporting stand(12) equipped with a securing band(11) and a first guide rail(16) provided with a guide bar(14) moving front and rear directions vertically located at front side of the stand; an upper arm supporting stand provided with a first stand(24) and a second guide rail(22) fixed at lower part of the stand(24), and a flexible second stand(26); a lower arm supporting stand provided with a third stand(32) and a third guide rail(34) fixed at lower part of the stand(32), and a flexible fourth stand(36); a folding angle controller(40) located between the upper and the lower arm stands.
