PURPOSE:To obtain the biphase clock generator circuit in which no clock skew is caused due to the dispersion in the drive capability of a transistor(TR) resulting from inter-lot fluctuation or the like at the manufacture of the TR. CONSTITUTION:The biphase clock generator circuit consists of a 1st differential amplifier circuit 1a outputting a signal in phase to an input signal, a 2nd differential amplifier circuit 1b outputting a signal in opposite phase to the input signal, a 1st logic circuit 6a comprising a NAND circuit or a NOR circuit using an output signal of the 2nd logic circuit 6b and an output signal of the 1st differential amplifier circuit 1a as two inputs, and a 2nd logic circuit 6b comprising a NAND circuit or a NOR circuit using an output signal of the 1st logic circuit 6a and an output signal of the 2nd differential amplifier circuit 1b as two inputs. |
