PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To close an inlet part of a garbage bit by a bad smell shut-up door by horizontally slidably mounting a dumping box capable of receiving garbage in a garbage wagon and dumping the garbage into a garbage pit such as a garbage furnace, and allowing the dumping box to be oscillatable into the dumping attitude at an advance position. SOLUTION: In an ordinary time, a dumping box 6 is contacted with an upper surface of an outer cylinder 7 rear end at its roller 6c of a rear end part to keep a garbage receiving state, and a front end of the dumping box 6 is positioned near a bag small shut-up door 4 capable of closing an inlet of the garbage pit 3. In this state, the garbage in a garbage wagon is thrown into the dumping box 6, the bad smell shut-up door 4 is opened after the throwing, and an operation arm 10 is expanded by driving an electric motor 11 to forwardly slide and move the dumping box 6. By oscillating the dumping box 6 about an oscillation shaft at its advance end, the garbage in the box 6 is dumped into the garbage pit 3.
